Amy Catherine Cushing is the owner and lead designer at Catherine Lee Florals. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Amy started her career working on Capitol Hill, where she developed a passion for helping people. In 2019, she took a career leap and started her floral design journey, drawn to the beauty and artistry of flowers. She worked at a locally owned flower shop for two years, honing her skills and learning the ins and outs of the business. In 2022, she launched Catherine Lee Florals, her own boutique floral design studio.

Amy is passionate about creating custom floral arrangements that reflect her clients’ unique personalities and tastes. She believes that flowers can be used to express love, joy, and gratitude, and she takes great pride in creating arrangements that will bring joy to her clients.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and hiking. She is also a member of the Columbia Baptist Church, and she is passionate about giving back to her community.
